Volunteer Questionnaire Walkthrough

Now that you’ve created your Burner Profile, it’s time to complete your Volunteer Questionnaire. This page will walk you through the process, step-by-step. We highly recommend completing this questionnaire on a laptop or desktop, rather than a mobile device.

Once you’ve filled out your Questionnaire, you can use our Shift Sign-Up Walkthrough to sign up for shifts with Arctica!

1. Login to your Burner Profile and click on ‘Volunteer.’ This will take you to the Volunteer Page. Click on ‘Volunteer Questionnaire’ to get started.

2. Review your Burner Profile information. If it is correct, click ‘Next.’ If you need to make any updates, click ‘Settings’ at the top of the page.

3. Read through the information posted, as it explains what you can expect from volunteering with Burning Man. Once you’ve done this, click ‘Next.’

4. Select the team(s) you would like to volunteer with (please limit the selection to 3). Make sure to select ‘Arctica (Ice Sales).’ Next, answer the questions regarding why you would like to volunteer, and what time commitment you are interested in. Then click ‘Next.’

5. Select which role(s) you are interested in with Arctica. When you’re done, click ‘Next.’

   Note: What you select on your questionnaire will not limit which roles you can sign up for!

6. If you are happy with everything you’ve added, click ‘Submit’ and your questionnaire will be sent to Arctica’s Volunteer Coordinators. If you are unsure, click ‘Back’ to review previous pages.

7. You are done! You will receive a confirmation email once you’ve been added to the Arctica Volunteer Roster.
