“You’ll use a bullhorn to help people figure out what to do as they arrive at the igloo. You’ll let them know where they can park a bike (and where they can’t).
You must be comfortable asking people to move if necessary. It’s important that bikes do not end up blocking the road. A friendly but firm attitude is helpful for this role”
